Returns & Exchanges
At Ghost Games, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if a piece doesn't fit your style, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Ghost Games account and select the order you wish to return to generate a unique Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Gear
Place the items back in their original packaging and include the printed return slip inside the box to ensure faster processing.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
